Investment facility raised to retain over 100 units in Slough.

GLPG’s Capital Advisory Team has advised a private client on an investment facility to retain a development of over 100 apartments in Slough.

The team previously advised the client on the development facility to deliver the scheme, which is within walking distance of the town centre.

We were delighted to support our client in closing this facility with a private bank. We worked with our client from the acquisition of the site over two years ago to now where the asset is fully let and income producing.
