GLPG’s agency team advised on the acquisition and conversion of a former office building on Muirfield Crescent, Canary Wharf, into a £40 million build-to-rent scheme.

Our Capital Advisory team secured a development facility to deliver the proposed scheme. The project will deliver 59 apartments, including nine rooftop duplex units, circa 3,000 sq ft of commercial space, and parking at ground level. The site is located close to Crossharbour DLR and Canary Wharf underground stations.

GLPG secured a tailored development facility to fund the scheme, with first completions expected in Q1 2026.
