Hendon Airspace Development Facility & Refinance

Working alongside the GLPG Agency Term, who disposed of the asset, our Capital Advisory team raised the development facility for an airspace scheme to deliver 22 apartments within walking distance of Hendon Central Station.

Airspace development often requires specific knowledge, a good understanding of fire regulations, building control and the desire to work with existing leaseholders while carrying out the work. Our client was well placed from their previous track record to deliver the proposed scheme.

The developer’s business plan was to construct the scheme and retain the completed units. We facilitated that by securing efficient capital for the development and subsequent refinance of this facility onto a long-term investment loan.
