Acquisition Facility for Unconsented Land in St Albans

GLPG’s Capital Advisory team went to market and obtained senior debt allowing the Client to acquire and obtain full planning consent before selling the consented site to a local house builder.

We worked with our client to minimise the cash requirement to support their wider business plan as experts in acquiring unconsented sites on an unconditional basis.
