£57M Loan Completed in Leeds, LS9

Our Capital Advisory Team completed the refinancing of two towers, which consist of a BTR and a build-to-sell scheme, on behalf of our client.

Under tight timescales, we supported our client in completing a £57 million facility on time.

The facility repaid the existing lender whilst funding the outstanding development costs before flipping into an investment term loan.
