300-Unit BTR Development Facility

GLPG acted as capital adviser on a £65 million development facility. The funding supports the delivery of a 300-unit build-to-rent scheme, located on a brownfield site east of Leeds city centre.

The development comprises two towers of nine and fourteen storeys and includes amenities such as communal lounges, co-working spaces, cycle storage, and leisure facilities.

The scheme has been forward sold to a Toronto-based investor, marking their second acquisition in Leeds and bringing their UK residential portfolio to over 3,600 homes.
