Recognising a need in the market for a specialised service dedicated to housebuilders and developers, we are meeting that demand. Our goal is to become a trusted consultant in the residential sales market to support our clients with innovative, market responsive strategies from scheme conception through to completion.

Led and directed by industry expert, Emily Armstrong, with 20 years of experience in new homes sales and an extensive knowledge of the property market. We save our clients time, whilst maximising development value by fully immersing ourselves into each scheme, optimising layout, design and executing the correct sales strategy.

The New Homes Consultancy team will leverage their years of agency experience and relationships to interview, appoint and collaborate with a local Sales Agent. Alongside them we will effectively run the sales process from start to finish, whilst providing our clients with expert guidance, market knowledge and reporting throughout the entire life cycle of each project.

This approach will ensure that their new homes sales journey is a seamless and rewarding one, whilst allowing them to focus their time on areas where they can generate further capital and consider other opportunities.

Creating lasting relationships between Estate Agents, PR companies, brand agencies, interior designers, and more, our role extends further than simple co-ordination. We will serve as an outsourced Sales & Marketing Director for our clients, integrating seamlessly with their team, ensuring we fully understand their specific needs and desired outcomes.
