£57M Loan Completed in Leeds, LS9

Our Capital Advisory Team are delighted to have completed the refinance of two towers consisting of a BTR and build-to-sell scheme on behalf of our client.

Under tight timescales, we supported our client to complete a £57 million facility on time.

The facility repaid the existing lender whilst funding the outstanding development costs before flipping into a term loan.
